1. Where are you located?
We are located in Stillman Valley, IL.
2. Do you ship?
YES! We ship to all 50 states currently! We hope to expand to international shipping down the road but for now, it is US only! Your order will ship via USPS priority mail (1-3 days) Shipping prices are calculated based on your address and size/weight of the package.
3. Do you offer local pick up?
YES! We offer both local delivery to Stillman Valley, IL, Byron, IL, Davis Junction, IL, Monroe Center, IL, Oregon, IL and Rochelle, IL locations as well as now offering a LOCAL pick up option at our location. There is a $3 delivery fee for all local deliveries that will be added at checkout if you select local delivery. Local pick up at OUR location in Stillman Valley, IL is available free of charge. Please allow up to 1 week after your order is placed for local pick up orders to be ready. I will communicate with you to coordinate a time that works best for your pick up order.
*IF you are not local to these areas, you will be charged a shipping fee and your order will be shipped to you via USPS Priority mail.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
All of our products are handmade by me! Most of my items are made to order and because of that, most items will have a 1-2 week turn around time. I try to finish items as quickly as possible, but please be aware that items do take some time to be made but will be in your hands as soon as possible! We ship via USPS priority mail, which typically takes 2-3 days to get to you once it has been shipped.
5. Can I place a custom order?
Absolutely! Please send us an email at worleywreathboutique@yahoo.com OR send us a message on Facebook, and we will work together to create a custom piece just for you!
6. Do you use real or faux flowers?
All of our products are made entirely out of high quality, faux floral and greenery. This way, your items will last for many years to come leaving no mess and no fuss! I only use the best quality floral in my products. You are sure to get a high quality product!
7. What are your wreath care and storage instructions?
We recommend hanging your wreath on a door with an overhang to help protect it from the outside elements. If at all possible, bring it inside during rain/snowstorms. Keep it clean by using a blowdryer on its lowest/coolest setting to remove dirt and pollen. Never store it dirty. To store your wreath, put it back in its original box and store in a climate-controlled area such as a closet. Do NOT store in attic. Extreme heat/cold may damage it. If original box is unavailable, hang on a clothes hanger and cover with clear plastic to protect it from dust and hang it in a closet. As with anything left to the elements, your wreath will fade over time, especially flowers, ribbons, etc. We recommend changing your wreath each season to extend its display life.
8. What is your return policy?
All sales are final. I hope you will be completely satisfied with your wreath! Custom or personalized orders will not be eligible for refunds or returns, but if there is a problem with an item please contact me and I will do my best to correct it! Other refunds/returns may be offered on a case by case basis, excluding shipping costs. Please contact me immediately if you have a problem with your order, so I can fix it!
